It always seems when you get back from a road trip, your stories inspire others to take a trip of their own. After returning from my last major road trip, my mom got jealous and wanted to take her new MINI Paceman out for a drive. She knew that Monument Valley and 4 corners were her turnaround point for the trip. I talked her into letting me tag along and gave her some ideas for stops and a bit of a route off the beaten path.

The main points on the caravan were driving through Zion, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, 4 corners and Winslow, Arizona. We parted ways at Laughlin, Nevada where my girlfriend and I headed to Sacramento for WCPPL Event #2. I had never been up the 395 so we took that way and crossed over in Yosemite. That was pretty much the last attraction on your trip. I shot the paintball event and we went back to Berkeley. I decided to stop off in Big Sur to shoot a timelapse on the way home and that was the end of the trip. Well besides some terrible traffic at the 101/405 split... What is wrong with that place!?!?!
